Welcome to FarmFitMomma LLC and Farm Fit Digital LLC (collectively referred to as “FarmFitMomma,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 1.5 Materials: Content owned or provided by FarmFitMomma LLC and Farm Fit Digital LLC, such as workout guides, instructional videos, recipes, blogs, and downloadable files.

1.6 Transaction: Any purchase or payment made for Services, whether one-time or subscription-based.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1 By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FarmFitMomma LLC and Farm Fit Digital LLC.

2.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND REFUNDS

• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is resolved.

• All Transactions are final. Refunds are not provided for canceled subscriptions, unused portions of Services, or dissatisfaction with digital content unless required by applicable law.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.

4.3 No Prorated Refunds

• Subscriptions canceled mid-cycle will remain active until the end of the current billing period but are not eligible for prorated refunds.

• FarmFitMomma provides fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes only. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

• By participating in any FarmFitMomma program, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, or health complications. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

5.3 Agriculture-Specific Fitness

• Our programs are tailored for individuals in the agriculture community, emphasizing at-home workouts that require minimal equipment and accommodate rural lifestyles.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

• You agree not to:

• Circumvent or attempt to bypass security features on the Website.

• Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.

• Share, sell, or redistribute purchased content.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership of Materials
