This chicken salad made in the crockpot has quickly become one of my favourite go-to lunch ideas!
The chicken is so moist and delicious- it comes out perfectly shredded from the crockpot that does all the work, and it’s made lighter with Greek yogurt!
It's incredibly easy- and SO SO good!
