When we moved to the Nashville area, one of the things I noticed pretty quickly was how many menus included “Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches”, otherwise known as spicy chicken sandwiches!
Specifically, we visited a well-known restaurant called Puckets, where my husband got a hot chicken sandwich, and after sharing a few bites, I knew why they were so wildly popular!
I knew I had to put a healthier spin on this Southern tradition- and they turned out incredibly delicious!
Southern or not- these spicy chicken sandwiches are a must-try if you love spicy fried chicken!
