This recipe was my lifeline to reach my protein goal for the day šŸ™ŒšŸ¼


In FFT we follow a high-protein dietā€¼ļø


I struggled the first week or so to find the right combination of foods to reach that protein goal. šŸ˜¬


But I found a recipe that worked and then tweaked it to add a lot more proteinā€¼ļø


Plus, this is insanely quick to mix, take with me, and eat later at work. And it is SO GOOD šŸ˜


Pro Tip: add PB2 flour for a tad more protein and to up the flavor!
