Meet Amanda

AMANDA NIGG, is the creative mind behind FarmFit Training. Her experience overcoming life's massive obstacles taught her how to use at-home fitness and practical strategies to deal with physical, mental, and emotional challenges. After her traumatic experience of losing her home to flames, she turned to fitness to cope with the stress, heartbreak, and emotional turmoil that followed.

Now, it's her life's mission to help others discover their true potential and understand what it means to be #FarmStrong. Through FarmFit Training, she has transformed the mindset of the hardworking community towards health and wellness.

    It's 35 pounds! With our workout program- you'll definitely feel it.
  • Can I do this if I'm just starting working out?
    Our 30 day program is designed for everyone, even if you're just starting out. The Warbell is going to help whip you into shape! You'll definitely feel yourself getting stronger.
  • How long is the Warbell program?
    The program is 30 days, but we give you 40 days to complete it.
  • Can I still access the workouts after I complete the program?
    Yes! We have a monthly membership where you can repeat the program as many times as you like for $12.99 a month.
